Does your POS system running without internet?
CT POS uses hybrid technology to store data in the cloud – eliminating the need for a back-office server (iPad as Offline Server) – while also maintaining a local network for synced devices and POS stations. By securely storing data in the cloud, CT POS maintains the highest levels of security for your business and your customers.
Did your company provide on-site setup & training?
Yes, we recommend new clients select an on-site implementation package to ensure proper and timely implementation. CT POS Professional Services Team members are happy to manage your onboarding and setup to get you up and running! We offer on-site implementation in most major metro areas and offer remote onboarding for clients who prefer online support. Can I source my own hardware?
While it may be possible to work with your portions of previously purchased hardware (if compatible with our hardware model), we always recommend sourcing your hardware directly from CT POS. All hardware packages comes pre-configured and ready to go right out of the box.
